Spicy beef burger with sweet mango chutney, fresh coriander and pickled cucumbers.
Ingredients
● 1 Burger Spicy Patty
● 1 tbsp mango chutney
● 1 brioche bun
● Handful of fresh coriander
Pickled cucumbers
● 1⁄4 sliced cucumber
● 40 ml vinegar
● 40g sugar
● 20 ml water
Preparation
1. Cook the burger according to pack
instructions.
2. Slice the cucumber and place in a jar with
the water, vinegar and sugar. Shake to
combine and leave to pickle for at least
10 minutes.
3. Toast the bun and top with the burger, a
heaped tbsp of mango chutney, pickled
cucumbers and fresh coriander.
