Spicy beef burger with cooling raita, perfect for the kids.
Ingredients
● 1 Burger Spicy Patty
● 1 brioche bun
● Baby gem lettuce
Raita
● 50g Greek Yoghurt
● 1⁄2 a clove of garlic, grated
● 1⁄4 cucumber, grated
● 3-4 fresh mint leaves, chopped
● Seasoning to taste
Preparation
1. Cook the burger according to pack
instructions.
2. Grate the cucumber and garlic and
combine with the yoghurt. Finely chop
some fresh mint and mix this in, along
with salt / pepper to taste.
3. Toast the bun and top with the burger, a
heaped spoonful of raita and lettuce.
