Corn Dog with a Simple Mac & Cheese

Turkey corn dog with a simple cheesy mac and cheese pasta.

Ingredients
● 350g macaroni pasta
● 30g plain flour
● 40g butter
● 550ml milk
● 150g cheddar cheese
● 50g parmesan cheese
● Salt and pepper

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and
cook your corn dogs according to pack
instructions.
2. Add the macaroni pasta to a pan of
boiling water and cook for 8 minutes, you
want the pasta to be almost cooked but
not fully!
3. In another pan, melt the butter, then
whisk in the flour for 2 minutes, careful
not to burn it. Then add the milk bit by
bit, whisking as you go to make a thick
sauce.
4. Add the cheddar cheese and a little more
milk if needed, along with the salt and
pepper.
5. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and
pour into an ovenproof dish, top with the
parmesan cheese.
6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and
serve with the corn dogs.
