Corn Dog with slaw

Turkey corn dogs served with fresh and tasty slaw.

Ingredients
● Turkey Corn Dogs

Slaw
● 1⁄2 red cabbage, finely sliced
● 2 carrots, grated
● 4 tbsp mayonnaise
● 1⁄2 red onion, finely sliced
● 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
● 1 tsp dijon mustard
● Juice of 1⁄2 a lime

Preparation
1. Cook the corn dog according to pack
instructions.
2. Finely slice the veg and combine with
other ingredients listed to make a slaw.
3. Serve alongside the Corn Dog.
